Just the term "acid ocean" pretty much makes me want to kill myself. Jesus, fuck.

Haha, the Fox News story...

Apparently the reporter basically encouraged a friend to post conspiracy theories to the wiki and then reported his banning as part of the story.

@5: They must have posted some whoppers, since Wiki never banned me after I made the New Orleans article redirect to the "Waterworld" article in the middle of Katrina.

I wonder how Fox feels about being scooped on the "phony Dan White sign" at the California Supreme Court.
I bet they are super embarrassed.

re: Hidden Homeless

With 16 million unoccupied homes in the nation it seems the President could find a way to get folks like this in a home.

Recipe Of The Day

THE INCREDIBLE SULK'S AUTHENTIC SEATTLE-STYLE PAN-ASIAN FUSION COOKING WITH APLOMB AND RELISH

Serves one

Ingredients:

One (1) package of dried ramen noodles, preferably a budget brand such as Top Ramen or Maruchan, not that overpriced Uwajimaya bullshit
One (1) peanut butter and jelly sandwich
One (1) 40-oz bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon
One (1) jar of pickle relish

Instructions:

1. Prepare ramen according to package directions (exception: save flavor packet for step 7)
2. Open sandwich, carefully placing each half open on countertop, condiment-side-up, so as to avoid disturbing delicate flavors
3. Place cooked ramen on peanut butter half of sandwich
4. Replace jelly half of sandwich on top of peanut butter half
5. Enjoy with relish
6. Pour PBR into large, tall, chilled glass
7. Stir ramen flavor packet into PBR
8. Chug with aplomb, carefully making authentic metalhead-style devil-horns sign with free hand while chugging
9. Burp
10. Fart
11. Barf
12. Pass out on kitchen floor

Wikipedia is really only good for science, history, and the arts - anything else risks being agenda driven.

Has anyone else noticed the relentless barking about our new President on FUX News? They accuse him of so much complete non-sense that it amazes me they are still have any credibility at all. What's that? They DON'T have any credibility. Small wonder.

Wikipedia, Fox News, and talk radio are the only reliable sources of information in the age of the annointed one.

And they are telling the truth: The longer Obama refuses to release his birth certificate, the less legitimate his presidency, and the greater the danger of him assuming absolute power.

I worry there may not be an election in 2012, and I also worry that I may have to take up arms in defense of my country.

I know.
It's like you took "Obama" and swapped in "Bush" and then went back in time a few months and were watching the broadcast networks and CNN.

@13: You do that. When the time comes, remember to attack a police station first. Or an army base.

And as for Cuba: Hooray! Maybe we'll actually see a lifting of the trade and travel embargoes in our lifetimes. We just have to wait for the last Batistas in Florida to die.

It is a great place to get global warming science. And 'homosexuality is innate' science. And stem cell science. And fetus science. Because there is no agenda there.

I've always been more of a leg man myself, Basil, but if you've got an arm fetish, I say go for it. We're pretty freewheeling here.

@19: Case in point - I thought #8 was you.

@Sulk: I was over you (the president thing went on way too long), but I love the recipes, and I appreciate that you limit yourself to the Morning News. Your tenacity is admirable.

I'm not sure "Street Sharks" is any more improbable than "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle" or "The Tick."

Still, I was surprised the sharks had arms. Or legs.

@13 - First of all, why should he have to release his birth certificate? No one asked John McCain to release his. Secondly, he did release it.
