Give a bro a hand. . .

Posted by on Thu, Mar 5, 2009 at 8:40 AM

So, now that Roland Burris is officially a Friend of Slog, sloggers and slog-commenters should go and help his old boy Milorod Blagojevich come up with a title for his new book. The six-figure deal might enable him to pay enough lawyers to avoid prison until former Illinois Gov. George Ryan finishes his sentence. But what to title the book? Tribune columnist John Kass is running a contest, and you can vote here. My favorite: "Grapes of Graft," but currently in the lead are "They Paid Me a [Bleeping] Bucket of Cash to Write This [Bleeping] Book" and "From Hair to Profanity."

But unlike most Chicago elections, you can only vote once. Till 2 pm today Seattle time.

Or if you don't want to go looking for the poll, you can vote here:

Burris is a "Friend of Slog?" What a fucking dildo. Obviously, Slog doesn't have very good taste in "friends."

He should title his book, "A Fucking Valuable Thing: The Autobiography of Rod Blagojevich."
