Drugs Winning the War on Drugs

Another success:
An early morning drug raid in Buffalo has left an FBI agent in the hospital Thursday night, and a former pro-basketball player in federal custody. [...]Sources tell News 4, FBI Agent Peter Orchard was shot in the shoulder by another agent, although the agency is remaining tight lipped about the circumstances.
This isn't the first time agents have botched a raid in Buffalo.

Speaking of the "War on Drugs", a few weeks ago a commission led by three former Latin American heads of state blasted the U.S.-led drug war as a failure that is pushing Latin American societies to the breaking point.
