Actually, their cookies suck. Back in the S.F. day, they were awesome. Go figure.

Warm Cookie Alert has been around for a while now, granted the cookies are not the best but pretty good right from the oven. I'll take a Drew with sprinkels please.

#4 is right: the cookies aren't great, but melty straight-from-the-oven chocolate chips cover a multitude of sins.

fuck a whole lot of specialty's.

@8 it's even worse when you have to make it. three gallons of half and half and condensed "cheese" soup, anyone?

Maybe they can add a "baked until done cookie alert," as an alternative for those of us who don't like their standard raw in the middle cookies.
