Stephen Elliott over at The Rumpus points out a service that will write a book review of your book for $125.
He also links to this article, which explains how you can publish a book without writing it yourself or getting a single unpaid review. I like this last author's idea of an internet book tour:

It's like the double-bagging of the publishing industry.
