Mutant League Football, which I'd totally forgotten about until, like, four seconds ago.

There was even an MLF TV show!

But you know what's better than Mutant League Football? Liveslogging this year's terrible, terrible Super Bowl!

See you Sunday at 3pm. There will be unabashed NFC favoritism and hot wings (I have an inside connection).

@2: I was just about to come on here and harangue Jonah for not running this by me first. Jonah will love Blood Bowl, so long as nobody tells him it's tactical football.

I'm pumped! It was up to Philly's hot defense to fluster and stop Warner in the NFC championship game, but the savvy vet picked apart their blitz schemes and took 'em down. Then to see the "inexperienced" Cards team rally for the win after Philly came back gave me all the more reason to root for them in the Super Bowl. They face a stiffer challenge vs. the Steelers, but I'm going underdog. As long as Warner doesn't start off by turning the ball over and can manage to work out around 300 yards against the Steelers D -- not an easy task at all, they have a chance to take it.

I have to be at a Whole Foods for the entire Superbowl. When signing up for our demos, I didn't realize when the Superbowl was, I just saw a Sunday afternoon demo, which is better than a Monday or Tuesday demo. I'm not a football fan, as is clear by me not knowing when the Superbowl is taking place, but I'm still kind of pissed about missing it. I like the event-ness of it all. (And wings.)

This game was epic back in the day. The play where you can actually murder the opposing quarterback is nothing short of brilliant.
