I believe the more technical term for a cat with extra toes (which look like thumbs) is "pterodactyl cat".

Yes, thumb cat actually has a thumb. Pets in uniform are not actually in uniform. Ergo thumb cat wins.

Thumbcat. But, the best cat of them all is so clearly Monorail Cat. No other cat even comes close.

@6 if that was intentional, very funny - my cat makes noises like a quasi-dinosaur frequently. Otherwise, it's polydactyl. Otherwise known as a hemingway cat. My thumbcat can lift and grasp with her mitts - evolution in action!

Nope, wisepunk, just moved to Eugene, and I'm planning to stay put for awhile. But... I'm sure I'm be up in Washington for some hiking trips this summer, so maybe I'll be able to find myself at a Slog Happy one of these days...
