@3, It's a start, but there's a lot -- A LOT -- missing from that. I am, however, cautiously hopeful that progress will be made. It will be interesting to see how much gnashing of teeth the right makes over it.

It went up at 9 AM our time. I was about half an hour late; I wish I'd been there in time to see Bush's, then refresh and see Obama's.
