This memo went out to the customer service reps at a large insurance company—Anthem Wellpoint—last Thursday afternoon.
So... basically... work like hell getting those orders right—or Martin's dream will die.

... that the coffee in the lunchroom would be of a higher standard
... that you'd quit making us make excuses to customers for your for asinine policies
... that one day you'd judge a healthcare plan not by its rock-bottom cost to the company but by the quality of the care provided to your employees.
