The Stranger's Inauguration Day party at the Triple Door is sold out. (And an update for those you with tickets: doors open at 7 AM so you can watch the whole damn thing—marching bands, Rick Warren, etc.) But there's plenty of other events around town to choose from. Inauguration Day Viewing Party at Town Hall
Watch the inauguration on a big screen! The event is free—coffee, tea, and pastries are available for purchase. Doors open at 8:30 am. More info.

Watch the Inauguration at the Seattle Center
They'll have live coverage of the inauguration at the Seattle Center's Center House, as well as a radio broadcast over the sound system in the International Fountain. The event is free, doors open at 8 am. More info.

Inauguration Day Breakfast at SPORT
SPORT's Chef John Howie is oepning the doors at 8:30 am and serving breakfast pizzas, Mimosas, Bloody Marys and more to celebrate the inauguration, which will be broadcasted on 29 HDTVs and a giant 130" screen. Reservations may be made by calling (206) 404-7767.

Inauguration Day Breakfast at the BottleNeck Lounge
Special guest chef Lisa Hogeland is serving breakfast (croissant with eggs and Virginia ham, the Blue State Scramble, bagels and lox), Bloody Marys, and mimosas. The event is free, reservations not required. More info.

Inauguration party at Faire Gallery Cafe
Watch the inauguration on three TVs and enjoy an "Obama Stimulus Package"—a bottle of Champagne, cheese and cracker plate, and two Obama cookies for $20! The event is free.

Watch the Presidential Inauguration at Presse
Café Presse will broadcast live the inauguration of Barack Obama. "In years to come, when people ask 'where were you when...' you will be able to answer: Café Presse!"

The 44th Presidential Inauguration Celebration at the Paramount
The Paramount is opening doors at 7 am and broadcasting the inauguration live on the big screen. The event is free (and so is the food!). More info.

32nd District Democrats' Presidential Inauguration Watch Party
Watch the inauguration live—coffee and snacks will be available, and a $10 donation at the door is appreciated, but not required. Doors open at 8 am at the Shoreline Conference Center.

Inauguration Day Celebration at West 5
Don't want to watch the inauguration, but still want to the reap the benefits? There are no TVs at West 5, but they've got Happy Hour going all day from 11-6 with $4 Bloody Marys and mimosas.

Inauguration Day Brunch at Central Cinema - SOLD OUT
Doors open at 8 am for a Champagne toast and brunch at Central Cinema! Watch the event live on the big screen. For $10, get admission, coffee and a fresh scone. A full brunch—baked egg strata, a scone, and coffee is available for $19. Choose either Vegetable Strata with broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers and Jarlsberg or Sausage Strata with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, spinach and cheese. Presidential Inauguration Viewing in Council Chambers
The Council will host a viewing of the Presidential inauguration ceremonies in the Council Chambers at 8:30 am, which will replace the Council Briefings session for that day.

Watch the Ceremony at Northwest African American Museum
The Northwest African American Museum has partnered with Community for Youth to celebrate the swearing-in of Barack Obama with music and spoken word. Doors open at 8 am, the event is free (donations accepted), and light refreshments will be served. More info.

Inauguration Party at Jillian's
Watch the inauguration on one of Jillian's many TVs. Doors open early at 8 am—there will be drink specials, prizes, giveaways, and more.

Inauguration Party at Capitol Club
The Capitol Club will show the Inauguration on the big screen upstairs. There are drink specials all day and a breakfast buffet for $10.

Watch the Inauguration at Murphy's
Doors open early at 8 am for live coverage of the Inauguration ceremony with special Bloody Marys served all day—instead of celery, they come with a branch of "Barackoli." Domestic beers are on special all day and all night so you can celebrate being American.

Enjoy an ObamLette at Magnolia Village Pub
ObamLettes and $4 Bloody Marys and mimosas until 3pm.

Inauguration Day Walkout and Rally
"Help us celebrate the end of the Bush regime, and remind President-elect Obama who it was that got him into office. Bring your banners, flags, signs, megaphones, drums, horns, but most importantly, bring your VOICE!!!" UW students are rallying at Red Square at 10:30 am, then busing to Seattle Central Community College. A march from Seattle University will begin at 1 pm, and conclude at Westlake Center for another rally, guest speakers, and live music.
