Downtown Olympia could flood any minute now:

"'We won't know until about 2 p.m. if we'll be able to contain the water in Capitol Lake or not,' state Department of General Administration official Steve Valandra said.

Guh? How can Olympia flood "any minute now", when you wrote this at 2:30, and the expert said we'd know by 2:00. Wouldn't that mean that, half an hour after the time we'd "know" by, that it's safe, and there won't be any flooding "any minute now"?

@2 They said "about 2 pm" and there had been no updates at that point.
