What about replacing Mr. Richardson as the possible Commerce Secretary? I mean, we can't forget that Washington is the only state in the union with a positive balance of trade with China....

#4, that user has a history of posting nonsense and vandalizing pages. It's a proxy, but it appears to be a proxy for Xerox's corporate internet access and it's doubtful it was anyone on Owen's staff that edited the page.

@11 Thanks Andrew. Ack. Let's hope it is viaduct money after all. Or better yet that she'll be named the new Commissioner for the Assurance and Protection of LGBT Civil Rights. (I do love to dream).

Seriously yo? Commerce? What exactly does she have for experience for this most important post?
She is incredibly not qualified to be Commerce Secretary. Hell she dribbled the Sonics out of town, pissed the Viaduct down her leg, and squandered our state surplus...
Ohh wait.. she might have perfect credentials.
Nevermind.

I think it's pretty clear Gregoire killed that poor kid at the night club, and now she's on the run from Johnny Law.
My best guess is that Christine was riding the horse a little too hard, if you catch my drift, and now she's in the basement of the Governor's mansion with 5 state patrol officers holding her down so she doesn't try to eat the lightbulbs.
Governor Gregoire was clearly so moved by the touching story depicted in Marley and Me that she's flown to DC to lobby for a bill requiring everyone to own a dog. Look for Charlie Rangel to sponsor; he needs to rehabilitate his image, so it fits.
Governor Gregoire has been hired by the DNC to "take out" Blago in Illinois. Not in the way you're thinking; when the pictures of her and Rod doing the freaky-deeky get released to the Atlantic Monthly, it'll be game over.
I find all my theories more plausible than her being commerce secretary.
