Today in Spam

After David Plouffe, my most tenacious spammer is a fellow named Chase Wang, who emails me/The Stranger daily with tantalizing cross-promotional opportunities in anime and video games or something.

I don't care about anime or cross-promotion, but here's what I want to know: Am I the only one being stalked by Chase Wang? If not, do the rest of you giggle every time you see his name?

Thank you for your help.

Just kidding. Thank you. You'd be horrified to know the old-timey tech life I lead due to the weird anxiety that seizes me whenever I'm told to push apple-anything.

5: Oh thank God. If I don't hear a 14-minute version of "Everybody" soon, I'm going to explode.

You're lucky - some how I got on the spam list for "Christian Dating." How the hell this happened I haven't a clue - maybe it is all of that "Christian" porn I've been looking at.

I get his emails too. For some reason I never thought about filtering them. I just hit delete every time I see his name. No more Chase Wang! No want!

I actually know the man, and hey, can't blame him for being enthusiastic/diligent. That, and the thing that any possible joke you can try to make, he's already heard ten years ago.
