The Last "Cute Animal" Video I Will Post in 2008

Posted by on Wed, Dec 31, 2008 at 12:06 PM

This kitten loves his broccoli...

It's not quite as extraordinary as Steve Martin and his cat, but it's still kinda cute. In a slightly disturbing way.

(Thanks to Mark for the tip.)

Be sure to check for the related video, "Broccoli Kitten Strikes Again." I also stumbled upon, thanks to this post, "Cat Hates Yoga" which made my morning.

I always feel bad for the kitten. He just wants to eat, and all these people are harrassing him.

Does she look like a cat lady or what?

I know this kitten. I know the person who found him under a dumpster, the person who raised him in early kittenhood (in the video) and the person who has adopted him forever.

1. He has no gas. (My dogs love broccoli, too, and don't get gas.)
2. He was so not tortured. He was very loved and cared for, as are all cats (and dogs, now) in that household.
3. I keep hearing folks say that kitten was treated badly, and, well, you're free to feel that way. I've been in that house, I've seen the cats, and . . . well, no. Too few animals are so lucky.
4. Yes, she is a cat lady, and has recently crossed the line into bipetuality, and is now a dog person too.

Heh - That's me in the video, and I promise you, that is one of the happiest kittens EVER - even while we were getting too close to his precious broccoli ;)

Yeah, I'm totally a crazy cat lady ... I foster a lot, and love animals in general. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I just posted a ridiculous one of a TEENSY chihuahua puppy playing (no broccoli though)
