??!! Anti-Clown Legislation Necessary Now

As I've said before, I'm not usually a fan of year end lists, but I couldn't skip this one: Top Ten Evil Clown Stories of 2008. True enough, most of them involve Juggalos, but I had no idea there were so many clown-related killings and crimes in 2008.
On September 1, 2008, in Johannesburg, Morné Harmse, an 18-year-old pupil in his final year of high school in South Africa allegedly killed a fellow student with a sword and then hacked up three others. Harmse wore a clown mask and carried other masks inspired by the group Slipknot. The killer also spoke in a voice to mimic the Joker in The Dark Knight.
Here I thought the evil clown thing was finally done with.

Wake up! It's not clowns it's Hip Hop such as Insane Clown Posse. Hip Hop is totally fucking up are youth big time. I wake up terrified my toddler will want to listen to the gangbanger music when he gets older. I have been hoping it is just a fad but already the young twenty somethings seem to prefer Hip Hop at their clubs over dance.

It's not the clowns its not the music its the world changing and i feel change is necessary Anti- clown legislation is BS!!!!!! what you should be worrying about is the news/government scaring our country so much that when you hear someone knock on the door you believe its the killa klownz or terrorists or communists or nazis, so you get your gun. you get your guns and sit in your house hoping the big bad wolf cant get in. you watch your TV it scares you more. It says people are dying, getting robbed, it says the air is unsafe, food is unsafe, hell it even says the computer you are reading this on is unsafe. PEOPLE WE LIVE IN AN UNSAFE WORLD GET F%#$ING USED TO IT AND READING ARTICLES LIKE THIS WILL ONLY MAKE YOU MORE SCARED. NOTHING IS EVER SAFE SO GIVE UP ON TRYING TO MAKE OUR WORLD "SAFE"
