City / Tech Re: Twitter Now EXTRA Uncool

You want uncool, Jonah? I've got your uncool right here: SDOT has its own Twitter feed just for the snow.

The latest update: SDOT crew members have found some shovels and they're clearing off pedestrian paths.

Also, don't try to drive.

How much you want to bet SDOT has six people working on this program, while actual city functions are laying people off?

I'm betting it was set up through the City's IT Dept.

And I'd also bet those IT nerds are sitting around writing snarky comments about SDOT on each other's Facebook walls.
