OK, I know this is too subtle for a polemicist like ECB, but there is a difference between cutting the benefits and eliminating (or suspending) a *planned increase*.

#8 Dino would just cut all social programs period and eliminate all laws regarding affordable housing. He would divert as much money from the State into the pockets of the bankers and property developers who financed his campaign.
