Court Injunction Allows Tony Wroten to Return to School

Posted by on Thu, Dec 18, 2008 at 10:21 AM

A King County Superior Court judge has granted Garfield High School basketball star Tony Wroten an emergency injunction, which could allow him to return to school.

Wroten was booted from Garfield on December 5th after school district investigators determined that he was living outside of Seattle.

A week later, Wroten's family filed suit, claiming the district was in violation of a settlement agreement made in September as, the suit says, they'd established residency in Seattle.

Wroten can return to Garfield as soon as his family posts a $25,000 bond and the weather starts cooperating.

District did him a favor so he he is not involved in one the daily shootings at Garfield but still the PI paid for by the school district looking at dew on the fucking tires of their car. This is total bullshit since they have a house in the CD. The taxes from that house goes to the Seattle school district. Note to students from broken families: don't spend to much time with the other parent or your grandparents or even your friends for that matter or Seattle will boot you out of school.

Why not report a fact or two by quoting this settlement agreement they are relying on?

@1—It wasn't a PI, it was a district security employee. There's a slight difference.

@2—Settlement agreement was explained in my earlier post, linked in this one.

@5 - Wait, I'm confused, you get shot in the head by somebody else and that makes you a shoot 'em up gangster?

Or maybe your head is just so far up your ass, you only see what you want to see - Black = OMG GANGSTER!
