2008 Lost Art

As a companion to its Man of the Year package, TIME Magazine has published a lost roll of Obama pictures taken by an aspiring photographer in 1980.
In 1980, when Obama was a freshman at Occidental College in Los Angeles, he was approached by an aspiring photographer named Lisa Jack, who asked him if he would be willing to pose for some black and white photographs that she could use in her portfolio.

I am just glad there isn't a Vanessa Williams moment in the bunch. Then again, if there was a picture of him with another naked man, too late homophobes, he already got the job!

@13 - Correct. Bill Clinton was...well..."handsome", in a doughy sort of way. Marginally do-able (Monica evidently thought so), but not hot. But Barack is HOT. He just is.
