Homo / News Rep. Bob Allen: Still Giving Great Head(lines) Too

bob_allen.jpgSen. Larry Craig isn't the only deeply-closeted, toilet-set-seeking GOP elected official making headlines today. Remember Florida GOP Rep. Bob Allen? He was the guy who, after he was arrested for soliciting sex in a public toilet, claimed that he only offered the undercover officer a blowjob because, um, it was raining outside and the officer was black and Rep. Allen is, presumably, afraid of the rain and of black dudes. Allen's appeal of his conviction for soliciting oral sex in a public toilet was denied today. More at Towleroad.

The old "I was afraid so I offered a blowjob" defence. Maybe he should have claimed he ate too many Twinkies. That seems to work better.

Uhhh... it still doesn't explain why asking someone to have sex with you is illegal? Or was there money involved (also stupid)?

#2 - He offered the cop $20 bucks for Allen to blow him. Nothing calms that fear of thunderstorms like sucking on a big black pole, apparently.
