im addicted to his video clips in the nytimes. and he was a lefty cab driver!

he has a great video clip on making puerto rican pernil. and the one with potato tacos with cascabel chilles is cool too.

His column this summer with ideas for picnic foods was just outstanding and was my go-to list when I wanted to make simple dishes with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
