That's Colin Mochrie doing a Rove impression. I don't see a dancer to Rove's left other than Mochrie, a Canadian comedian who does a great anchorman impression.

I was hoping for Rachel Maddow myself. I too am glad it's not Matthews. If he hosted MTP, Hillary would never appear on it, and as Secretary of State she will be expected to make the Sunday morning rounds about four times a year (or more). Gregory is OK. The only two "press" people who refuse to go to this thing, on principle are Maddow and Olbermann.
