Meanwhile, in Minnesota

Posted by Christopher Frizzelle on Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 12:07 PM

Politico/Yahoo:

Things are getting even dicier in the Minnesota Senate recount. Al Franken's campaign is contending that Minnesota election officials may have lost several dozen ballots across the state. Their basis for the charge is that the number of recounted ballots in certain counties does not match the total numbers of votes tallied on Election Day....

And now they have photographic evidence of one of those missing ballots, stuck under a voting machine in Hennepin County. The picture was snapped by one of Franken's recount observers.

I hate to say it but Franken could really start to look pathetic pretty damn fast if he is not careful.

I don't want Franken to be remembered as the Darcy Burner of Minnesota, so I made a lil' donation to fund his recount observation team.

i want this dragged out as long & painfully as possible. even if franken loses, it shows dems aren't pussies who throw in the towel.

and just maybe it will fix our voting system. maybe.

The fact is they are running about 50/50 when it comes to disputed votes.

I think Coleman will probably win, but it would be fascinating to see Al Franken give a speech from the Senate floor. To bad CSPAN2 isn't part of basic cable anymore.
