Housekeeping Happy Slog Happy Day!

Slog Happy is TONIGHT! I'm so excited. So very excited.

The Theatre Off Jackson is really easy to get too, it's on the corner of 7th and Jackson in the ID, next to Pho Bac. There are many buslines running nearby, and there's a small pay lot across the street and one block North for those of you who are driving.

A quick note to the brave readers: please check your e-mail. And if you thought you were reading tonight and did NOT get an e-mail from me yesterday, send me a note asap. We'll get it sorted out.

It's gonna be fun fun fun! And probably a little awkward too. But mostly fun. Doors are at 6, readings start around 6:30 or so, and we'll have time afterwards to mingle and laugh and drink and reminisce about the time we all read some embarrassing shit in front of a lot of people.

It sucks that I'm sick today. I was looking forward to hearing what kind of "poetry" Joh used to write as a teenager.

How is this going to work? Are there tickets or are you just letting people in until the theater gets to capacity?

Are the drinks in the lobby cash-only? We never hear about whether the Slog Happy venue is cash-only until it's almost too late.
