Seattle in Signs

Posted by Eli Sanders on Sat, Nov 15, 2008 at 4:20 PM

They were, of course, everywhere:

A typical assortment:

Two that I really loved:

One that seemed to anticipate the guys who would end up directly in front of it:

And one that was hard to argue with:

I really like the "I Love You" sign in the second photo. That sign should be at more protests. Even though it's particularly appropriate for this one.

@ photo #1 - there's nothing like a hot lesbian, esp. a hot lesbian supporter.

That last sign must be from a Canadian.

I wonder how many of the people in these photos hold hands or rest their heads on each others' shoulders outside of a march, or Cap Hill?

Show your commitment to equality every day, every moment, every where, not just where you feel it's "safe" to do so, folks, please. Then we'll have a real impact.

@5 -- that "I Love You" sign is being held by a little girl, and it looks like she wrote it herself. I feel like weeping, it's so sweet.
