Debate Watch Parties?

Posted by Eli Sanders on Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 1:15 PM

The third and final presidential debate is tomorrow, so it's that time again...

If you're hosting a public party to watch the debate, send me an email. Your email must have "Debate Watch Party" in the subject line and must include time and place details, whether your bar/home/restaurant has wireless, and any relevant food or drink specials. I'll post the full party list here on Slog when it's closer to debate time.

I think you guys should do another live-blog debate. It was interesting to have a republican on here and maybe we can get David Wright to do it?

When you go to the debate party, bring a whip.

@1 -- I second the motion. Nothing funner than sitting at the Tougo Coffeehouse watch party and calling out Stranger Slog cracks to the crowd while McDemocrat and McRepublican recite bits of their stump speeches.

third and final? my prediction is that during this debate McCain will challenge Obama to some town hall debates. BO will likely decline.
