Russell Wilson gave the perfect no-comment comment response today to Monday's news that the Seahawks quarterback and his then-fiancée Ciara had moved their July wedding from its original North Carolina location because of the state's transgender bathroom laws.

Wedding planner Mindy Weiss revealed to TheKnot.com in an interview that she had planned three weddings for the couple, first in North Carolina, and then Paris, before Wilson and Ciara finally decided to host the nuptials at a castle outside of Liverpool, England.

Wilson was asked about the story today, ahead of tomorrow's game against the Dallas Cowboys, and if anyone was expecting the athlete to make a political statement, well... He doesn't confirm or deny a thing.

“I just believe that Jesus loves all people. That’s honestly what I believe. And I just always honestly pray for world peace, pray for peace in the world, pray for joy," Wilson told reporters. "But my focus honestly is on the Cowboys and scoring in the red zone.”
