Chris Vance is a Republican running to unseat Washington Senator Patty Murray by playing a moderate. Carly Fiorina is a Republican who believes Planned Parenthood "is aborting fetuses alive to harvest their brains and other body parts".
Fiorina will be in Western Washington on July 11 to stump for Vance. Seattle Times:
Former Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina will headline a fundraiser next month for Chris Vance, GOP challenger to Democratic U.S. Sen. Patty Murray.
Details of the July 11 event have yet to be released but Vance said it will likely take place in Bellevue or another Eastside location.
A former state GOP chairman, Vance is the best known of 16 candidates who filed to challenge Murray’s bid for a fifth term this fall.
Republicans like Chris Vance (and gubernatorial candidate Bill Bryant) really want you to believe they're moderates. That's what it takes to win votes all over the state of Washington. But one look at the people headlining their fundraisers—not to mention their party platform—reminds us they do not belong to a moderate party.
