Geneviève Elverum (aka Geneviève Castrée), a talented multi-instrumentalist/vocalist with the great Anacortes, Washington psych-folk band Ô Paon and wife of indie-rock dynamo Phil Elverum (the Microphones, Mount Eerie), has been dealing with stage 4 pancreatic cancer since May 2015—a mere four months after giving birth to her daughter.
