Well, that's novel. There's a brand new gallery, open this Thursday during Pioneer Square Art Walk, selling 17th-century Dutch and Flemish paintings in Seattle. The tagline for Gallery Voblikov is "Old Master Paintings."

No word on whether they're actually "masterly," or just, you know, decent old paintings. Yet it's hard to resist a 17th-century Dutch or Flemish oil or five. Another reason to get down to see art in Pioneer Square.
