I love to write about comedian Maria Bamford A LOT—because she is both hilariously weird and funny. That's why her new series, debuting May 20 on Netflix, is reason to celebrate. Called Lady Dynamite, it's a 12-episode "semi-autobiographical" sitcom from Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development) and Pam Brady (South Park) about how Maria "lost and then finds her shit" (for example struggling with success and mental illness) on the way to stardom. And it's chock full of terrific comedy star cameos! This could be a winner for Netflix, so check out the trailer here!
