I wrote that comment after watching the documentary. I think Jael would love to have a secret crush. I think she may have had a secret crush on the journalist. And who could blame her? It's too bad her family twisted her mind, she seems like she could have been really cool.

I (unfortunately) lived in Topeka Kansas for 10 years and was a counter-protester at the first Westboro picketline. The "Fred has cancer and is due to die anyday now" rumor has been bandied about Topeka since 1992. And, we all believed it, because Fred LOOKS like he has cancer, or maybe that's just the awful evil inherent in him manifesting itself in a physical form....
