That's from the English Standard Version (available in searchable full text at http://www.gnpcb.org/esv/) and I think it's pretty clear that homosexuality was not really the problem.

Fun facts about Sodom and Gomorrah
~ S'dom (from which we get the city's name) means burnt

~ In a conspicuous error, the NIV translates yada in this case as if it were shakab.
