fried chicken was awesome.
Disappointments:
- Acoustics are bad, one can't hear someone speaking from across the table.
- Water was served (per request) but at room temp. and never refilled.
- Dishes were never cleared from the starter course until requested when the entree arrived.
- It was obvious we were through eating, yet we again had to request that the table be cleared.
- We were never offered coffee or a dessert menu.
In conclusion: The gratuity listed on the bill was not earned. Hire staff to bus the tables and do some baffles in the ceiling!
