If i502 passes (as it is written by New Approach Washington to legalize marijuana)and you need to medicate at least twice daily by smoking a puff or two, it will be illegal for you to drive in the state of Washington due to it's 5 ng per se cut off for impairment.

Most patients NEVER fall below this arbitrary level and there is no science linking it to impairment. I've seen medical reports of individuals testing nearly 10 times that level and STILL testing fine on sobriety, reflex and mental status cognitive testing.
