Bethany Jean Clement—The Stranger’s restaurant reviewer (and arts editor)—eats food. Her writing about this has appeared in the Best Food Writing anthologies (including the upcoming edition), Food & Wine magazine,, Beard House (the magazine of the James Beard Foundation), Town & Country, Edible Seattle, and more. She lives one mile from where she grew up on Capitol Hill and one mile in the other direction from the offices of The Stranger.
