Back in August, I was enjoying happy hour at Merchant's in Pioneer Square after a busy work week, when a guy in a gorilla suit named "Chef Bigfoot" came in with a camera to interview the owner. Apparently, he releases videos of interviews with bar owners on youtube: http://youtu.be/Boo90YZB6CM. Because I actually know this exists, I'm going with Gorilla chef.
