It may have rained all weekend in Granite Falls, but that did nothing to dampen spirits at the first annual Cascadia NW Arts & Music Festival. If anything, the gray skies only served to accentuate the Northwest vibe, as performance artists, musical acts, workshops, installation art, and campsites spread like mist throughout the woodland environment. Music varied from dreamy down-tempo to hard-hitting techno. It was pretty much impossible not to dance.
