It's hot outside. There's been hundreds of people lining the shores of Lake Washington the past few days. Some of the toplessness at Dykiki got me wondering—does Seattle have an official nude beach or park in 2015? What are the rules? Should you drop your drawers at the T-Dock? Will we ever have a Wreck Beach like Vancouver, Canada, or a Sauvie Island like in Portland, Oregon (where I shot the photo campaign for HUMP! 2013)?
Also, has anyone ever been to the Tiger Mountain Family Nudist Park? They just sent The Stranger a press release for a “Groovy, Funky, Jazzy, Naked Kind of Thing” that's happening this Saturday, June 13 (press release after the jump).

Issaquah, Washington. “Naked Spring Thing”, it’s a Groovy, Funky, Jazzy, Naked kind of thing! Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 2pm to 6pm, the members of Fraternity Snoqualmie, Inc. are hosting a day of music and fundraising in the park in celebration of the 70th Birthday of their rustic paradise and the birth of a new name: Tiger Mountain Family Nudist Park.
The beautiful, green sunning lawn makes a natural amphitheater for dancing and grooving to the music of Eric “Two Scoops” Moore and Champagne Sunday (The event will be moved inside the clubhouse if the Mother Nature is feeling sassy that day.)
This is a fundraising event, “Mama needs a new sauna building”. There will be a silent auction and raffle, as well as souvenir bags, hats, towel, shirts, and other swag for sale. Monetary and item donations are welcome. Fenix Face and Body Art will be onsite for funky body art and temporary tattoos.
The “Nudestroms” store will be open for food and snacks, and we’ll have a revolving potluck snack table. Monetary and snack donations welcome.
Bring Cash, no onsite ATM. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch or use our community kitchen.
Bring a towel, sunscreen, lawn chair and blanket, and soak up the vitamin D naturally!
Amenities include heated swimming pool, cool wading pool, sauna, hot tubs, sand volleyball, community kitchen and bonfire pit.
Weekend camping and carpooling recommended as parking is limited. RV spots by reservation.
First time visitors receive a Complimentary 1 day membership.
Day fees for 1 day membership $16.00 per person. Photo ID required for admittance.
Children welcome with parents, and included in their membership.
The Welcome Center opens at 11am.

TMFNP is a family nudist park located on Tiger Mountain, 3 miles outside of Issaquah, owned and run by its
members since 1945, and registered with the state of Washington as a 501©7 non-profit. All visitors are screened against the Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and national sex offender lists.
