I went to Northwest Folklife this past weekend with a tiny, excellent human named Babette. She's 4 years old. Oops, sorry—I mean, FOUR AND A HALF YEARS OLD. Here's what she had to say about the fashion and the people we saw...

They look nice. I think shes holding Toothless the Dragon?
