Kind of like being pro weed and having lots of weed shops advertising on your website?

The extends to all media.

(You're soaking in it.)

Remember when Keck got perturbed about how pro-$15 wage the Stranger was, and then suddenly all the writers were talking about how unfair it was to small business and stressing that maybe we should slow down and think about some concessions?

Not to mention inviting restaurant owners (whose businesses were advertised in The Stranger) to lie about the whole thing without any editorial oversight, or any corrections of their admitted lies?

Readers aren't stupid, right?

So is this how The Stranger decided to fire Goldy? Too pro-$15 and anti-Uber and -Lyft, offending two potential sets of advertisers?

And The Stranger doesn't run splashy best-of articles promoting restaurants ("Go see these great outdoor decks!") and other advertisers?

Theodore Gorath: I remember that.
