which shows to those sensitive to social issues that NYT is an establishment mouthpiece that isn't especially liberal. Although those paying attention already know that NYT has not found a neocon or neoliberal policy it didn't like (from Iraq war to deregulation, NAFTA, globalization and on).

WSLCB is not inept. They very deliberately screwed pot legalization up, just as they screwed up the liquor store privatization. The board needs to be dissolved. Enforcement can be done with local law enforcement, and the "educational" component can just be cancelled outright.
