Untreated mental illness has always been a public health hazard. But it was harder to kill dozens with a muzzle loader. Gunz are just better now.

Mr. Domestic Violence and calling in a bomb threat from his grandmother's phone sounds like a true criminal mastermind and a real keeper..

Yeah because mental illness was funny before you realize it might affect you in some way. People with mental illness are much more likely to experience violence against them than enact it on others.

...but only managed to arrest and jail at least 700 --if not 1600-- sex workers who were just working, providing consensually agreed-upon sex to clients. And many of their clients. Only one "trafficked child" was found, and they, too, were arrested.
