Facts have a well-known liberal bias.

Facts don't matter if people don't vote.

Good Morning Charles,
Why the dig at W.? He's long gone. This is highly selective data. Also, "it suggests “more than 15 million Americans are newly insured this year." Sure, more people are covered than under Bush but also more than under Clinton and other Presidents. I am not against the Affordable Care Act. But, it isn't an innovative idea.

No matter. It isn't bad news for GOP. I'm for universal care but it isn't going to happen anytime soon. So was Nixon, BTW. I read that in the New Republic years ago.

Finally, very few people know this. And what if who do, don't vote?

Saying that 7.9 million Americans lost health insurance under Bush sounds good, but isn't supported by the facts they give. They say that is the amount that the number of uninsured people increased by, but most of that number is probably not people losing insurance, but older people with insurance dying, and younger people not buying in as great proportion for whatever reason.

Instead, just talk about how the ranks of uninsured swelled, and how Obama has signed up tons of people. The facts have a liberal bias, no need to lie as well.

Quick, someone make a post saying that "facts have a well known liberal bias"! We need more stupid clichés STAT! Two per comment thread is no where near enough.

Facts don't matter to the republican voter base. They are the ignorant, poor, unemployed persons who listen to rush limpdick and the rest of the conservative radio talk stupid fucks who prey on the same persons that they are themselves. Fucking Stupid.

he expanded Medicaid hella. other than Libya and the Afghan surge - big other thanz, no doubt - I don't have much beef with Obama. I think he's neoliberal on some of the right stuff - trade and public schooling - and state-spendy on some of the right stuff, too

Please wait...
