This early, such polls are pretty meaningless, regarding the nomination itself.

Further, unless they ask if there are any of the potential Republican nominees for which they would be unwilling to vote in the general election, it's pointless to extrapolate further.

Why do parties exist in this day and age?

We've got social media, so anyone can build grassroots.

With a party your opponent can not only attack you, but all your members (typically picking the worst among them).

Why not just go directly to the public and present your individual ideas?
