The video was assembled from clips I shot at Safeco by Google. They also selected and added the music. Somehow it figured out what clips fit the theme and it got it exactly right.
Regarding the franchisees lawsuit, here's an idea for the exemptions that should go to small businesses and franchises: move to a profit sharing model.
And the employees should be organizing, even if the job is just something to pay the bills until their real career takes off.
@2, a franchisee is an owner. They're not employees, and they're responsible for their own profits (or lack thereof). It takes quite a bit of money to buy a McDonald's or Subway franchise. They're not college kids or other low-wage workers; they are actually employers.
