So Dan, were you going to post a link to it?

The video is embedded at the top of the post.

It is invisible to my mobile device :-(

it is inevitable that you will soon fall off of that peak and then spend the rest of your time looking back at it wondering how to get back onto it (or worse, just accepting the fall).

Inevitable? The long, monogamous road I'm on has had about 3 peaks, the latest of which started 20 years into the relationship.

But hey, whatever road you take, congrats for making your relationship last, it sure as hell ain't easy.

@3, here's the Wheeler Centre page the video lives on; don't know if that will let you access it or not:

I thought you had deliberately not posted it, Dan, so as not to get in trouble with Terry!

Was present at the talk, was great. The woman next to me in the audience had not read or heard you before, and was visibly moved.
It's not every day that you realise the person next to you has had their world view changed a moment before.

Hope you make it to Queensland, maybe Brisbane- when you next travel to our wild and wooly shores, Dan.
E, you seem to have got your erotic life, well calibrated.. Enjoy.
Just watching the news, a very strong thought came to me- about Syria. How has it happened, that the West and the Arab States, has let this bloodshed go down. What the hell is wrong with us all?

We entered into our marriage with a different mindset from many others... We never viewed our relationship in terms of the beginning being the ultimate goal... instead, we are always looking for new experiences and opportunities to share together.

Yup. You're the only ones.

It turns out we're not the boss of everyone. When other people do things, it's not always up to us.

Of course, No9, No9... From a Beatles song..
Just these horrific disasters happen, we all know they are happening- and 20-30-40-50 yrs later.. Others wonder why people didn't at least yell about it/

Please wait...
