Thin Blue Line

I've seen stuff like this happen in the Army too

Shocking. Remind me again why anyone voted for Murray?

I never thought I'd be happy to be outside city limits and under the jurisdiction of the yahoos at King County Sherrifs Department... but now I am.
I guess getting priced out of the CD was a blessing in disguise.

Thank you, Dominic. Please stay on this. I suspect there is more to the Murray-Durkin friendship/collusion.
5
Can we PLEASE start a "Recall Murray" campaign now?
What a corrupt fucking asswipe.
6
If this had happened while McGinn was mayor people would have called for his head. Instead Murray thinks he can just skate on by while reform falls apart in order for him to please SPOG. Appalling.
7
Yet another political hack paid back his donors with terrible public policy. See also, every other corrupt politician. Smooth sailing according to the Supreme Court, so yay.

Good on Anne Levinson.

I know her a little bit, and have enormous respect for her integrity. I'm glad to see she isn't participating in the whitewash.

Murray is a creepy, corrupt, career politician, who was willing to do or say anything to get elected. Surprise surprise, it worked.

This is just the beginning. The next four years are going to be filled with more and more of this kind of stuff - and when confronted, his eyes will just get wider and wider as his mouth sputters out one obfuscating word salad after another. OF COURSE I didn't vote for the fucker.

I miss McGinn.

Speaking of McGinn, I recall that he wanted to have a police force of Seattle residents. This was something that was going to take decades to implement, as we waited for commuter cops to retire and replace them with residents. Does anyone know if there was any movement of this during his term, and is Murray on board with this or slowly shifting away from this policy?

@2, because people didn't think McGinn knew what he was doing.

Now we have a mayor who does know what he is doing, and is doing it because that's how he got to be mayor.

Please wait...
