Yuks aside, allowing homeless people to sleep in dumpsters is dangerous for *them*.

This guy isn't exactly an evicted single mom living in a station wagon with the kids, nor does he have a disability that would prevent him from being able to look for a job. He's a degenerate tweeker who also happens to be a huge attention whore. Can't say I'm still enthralled at always catching him kicking it and having a blast trying to yuck it up with people at his corner blanket fort.

@13/14, yes, drug addiction is very different from mental illness, as well as mutually exclusive. We should have no empathy for those who "do it to themselves" -- just like we should deride poor people who choose to be poor. Laugh away, sloggers.
