@5 Well they were hoping to reach out to the female vote with Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann, and they were hoping to reach out to the black vote with Herman Cain, and they were hoping to get the Latino vote with Marco Rubio, but none of those efforts worked out particularly well.

I'm surprised they haven't tried to get the gay vote with Ted Haggard.

One would think that after many election losses (big ones) the republicans would get the clue that they are not on the right track. The definition of insanity is repeating the same scenario, getting the same results and expecting things to turn out different.
